1. According to the Israeli Consumer Protection law, any transaction to purchase travel, accommodation, etc. , made at a "remote transaction" (telephone, email, internet etc.) can be canceled within 14 days of the transaction but no less than 7 working days prior to the check-in day.
2. The cancellation will be subject to cancellation fee amounting to 5% of the total cost of the reservation or to 100NIS (whichever is the lower). If the transaction is canceled "as soon as The latter" (less than 7 business days prior to the check-in day) or more then 14 days after making the reservation, the ordering party can be charged the full cost of the transaction.
3. In addition to the above, booking for Jewish holidays and August, can be canceled up to 30 days before check-in date without penalty.
4. Despite the above and as a gesture of goodwill, if the canceled booking is filled in full by another guest, no cancellation fee will be charged.
